What’s the difference between a logo and a brand?
A logo is simply a symbol, badge or emblem that represents a business, organisation, or individual. While a logo is a tangible thing, your brand is intangible and exists in the mind of the consumer. Your business is unique in many ways, such as attitudes, beliefs, core values, voice (style of speaking and writing), corporate colour palette, uniforms, website, and of course your logo. These factors together make up your brand. Get your brand right, and your customers will make a positive connection that breeds loyalty.

I want to sell products with an online shop. Can you build one for me?
Yes, but be prepared! Ecommerce is costly when it’s done well, and the best systems are custom-built. Off-the-shelf solutions might make your shop cheaper to build, but they’re often poorly designed and crammed with extras that you’ll never need, making them confusing and time-wasting. If you really care about how your shop looks AND works, then we’d love to hear from you.

Can you provide web hosting?
We don’t host sites ourselves, but we can arrange hosting for you through a quality provider.

How much will web hosting cost?
The majority of sites will need a hosting package costing about £100 each year. Very large or complicated sites will need something with more capacity, but the majority of our clients don’t need that level of power.

Can you write the copy (text) to go on my new site?
Probably not! The best people to write the content for your site are professional copywriters. They will gather information from you about your business, then (using concise, jargon-free English) create high-quality copy for your web or print project. On a smaller budget, you will probably resort to writing the copy ‘in-house’, but just remember to keep it short and simple.

How long will my project take?
When we write the contract, we will make an estimate of the time it will take to complete each stage of the project.

My project is REALLY urgent and needs to be completed in two weeks. Will you take it on?
Normally, yes. However, these kind of jobs always require additional resources and for this reason we have to charge a premium. This depends on the individual project, but can range from 50-100% of the original fee.

Will I need to pay a deposit?
Due to the nature of our business, we require a 35% deposit up-front, and then the balance must be paid on completion of the project. This covers any costs incurred during the course of the project. On an exceptionally long project, we may have even more payment stages.

Do you offer discounts to charities?
We assess charity projects on a case-by-case basis, and occasionally offer discounted rates. Contact us to find out more.
